At Elemental Health, spiritually-integrative work may include exploring purpose, values, intuition, symbolism, or personal rituals only when it is clinically appropriate and with your consent. This approach is always grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, ethical practice, and nervous-system awareness.

You do not need to be spiritual or religious to benefit from therapy here. Spiritual themes are never required and are always client-led.
