Spiritually Integrative Psychotherapy
Searching for a therapist who is spiritually open?
When clinically appropriate and aligned with a client’s belief system, I may integrate empirically-supported spiritual practices—including therapeutic tarot and ritual—as reflective tools to support insight, meaning-making, and emotional processing.
These practices are always optional and are used to complement, not replace, ethical and evidence-based psychotherapy. Integration of spiritual practices is handled with care and individual consideration.
